Does anyone have any information on an accurate form of post-partum NFP while breastfeeding before your regular cycle returns? Thanks.

STM from ccli.org has always been effective for me, but postpartum does require more abstinence sometimes because of irregular cycles and unclear signs.

I've used STM as well, relatively successfully, several times of delaying for about a year post partum. Be sure and read about it.. since it's rare to ovulate before your first bleeding episode in thest 6 months. So you get 6 months "free" with STM.
ETA - you need to read what they say is ecological breastfeeding as opposed to cultural. Both may include only feeding the baby breastmilk but the one is more reliable for postponing pregnancy.

All of the major methods (Billings, STM, Creighton, Marquette) have a postpartum/breastfeeding protocol and all are reliable if followed carefully. Before the return of cycles all methods become mucus-only methods, however, so the methods that are always mucus-only (Billings and Creighton) tend to involve less abstinence.

I was considering using this after our next baby is born in June. I always have an early return of fertility and have trouble distinguishing other fertility signs. I'm hoping that I can use the hormone monitoring to help make sense of what exactly my body is trying to tell me.

I highly recommend Marquette. I have a terrible time with mucus observation and I really like the objectivity of the monitor. Marquette has a forum where you can ask lots of questions during the transition. Though I was a little stressed understanding everything at first, once I got in the groove Marquette was the least stressful and most reliable postpartum NFP method I have ever used.
