I can't seem to find reasonably priced cotton pajamas in 12 months size. I don't want polyester or fleece. And since my baby is a little more padded, the really tight fitting skinny pjs are constricting to him. We tried a "Little Me" pair and he couldn't bend his legs or arms, it was that tight. Carters doesn't seem to have them in cotton for winter.
So, can anyone PLEASE point me to non-expensive 100% cotton pjs that have a little room, not footed is fine. I tried so many local stores to no avail.

I just bought some for the boys at Costco, Jenn. All cotton, two-piece. All cotton pjs are all made tight (in order to claim to be fire-retardant), and I've found in order to get a set of pjs that aren't too constricting I have to be prepared to order up a whole year's worth of size. So, if you're little guy normally wears a 12 months, I'd consider buying a 2T.
Hanna Anderson has some nice all cottons too, but more expensive than Costco.

Hmmm, that's where I got the Little Me pjs. I picked 12 months to give a little room, but I guess I need 18 to 24 months. That seems so extreme.

Jenn, Costco is a good bet. My dd has to use the cotton because of her eczema. I also have bought a lot of hers off of ebay. You can usually find a seller who has several pairs to sell. On ebay I haven't paid more than $6 or so per pair and they have generally been from Gymboree.

I am always buying pj's 1-2 years bigger than the label.....and my girls are SMALL for their age.
I wouldn't even bother with 18 months, Jenn....go for 24 or 2T for sure....maybe even 3T depending on the pj!
Oshkosh always has nice ones, although tighter....but very stretchy.
And, Hanna Andersson has the long underwear that tend to be looser, but more $$$$. If you bought them big....you can get 2 years out of them. The bottom of the legs are elastisized, so you can just roll them up the first year.

right now you can find Sarah's something long undies that make great pj's at http://www.campmor.com for about $17.. they're cotton and they come in cute things.. since you're talking about going up to a 2T you could probably find some.. like there's a red pair with horses all over it that was still available in a 2T just the other day. Might be more than you want to spend I've just found that buying the better quaility really makes a difference.

Costco has organic all cotton 2 piece pjs in sizes 2T to 10. They are about $12.00 You could probably do the 2T. They come in some cute prints too.

Jenn,
I don't know if these are too expensive but I buy all my kids' cotton pj's (Skivvydoodles) at Fitsyou.com. They are pricier than most stores but they are not tight, are good quality, and I can hand them down to the next child. At any given size, they usually have a few designs on sale. I always buy them on sale.
