that they will have another sibling. I know it is awfully early, but they are praying hard for a healthy baby. I sometimes think their prayers make more of a difference than mine.
Anyway...it was awfully cute. My dh acted like he could care less telling the kids, so I told them right after they did their chores. They were so sxcited. All five of the bigger kids ran out to the garage to tell their dad! He acted like it was all a big surprise.
They keep coming up to me and saying things lke,"Wow, mom, you'll have seven kids!" or," We better buy a bigger vehicle!!" It's really pretty fun to watch and listen to them. Our oldest(and only)dd(10 years old this Saturday) keeps suggesting names.

And this is such a lovely thought, isn't it? I'm sure the prayers of your children will be very effective as they pray with love for their new sibling.

I agree about their prayers making a big difference--I know my oldest dd was praying for a brother--and she got two! I keep telling her now, that I don't know HOW she was praying, but that she needs to be really careful of what she prays for, cause apparently, her "order" got duplicated..
LOL

Rachel,
That is funny. I have a couple hoping for twins. One wants twin girls and the other wants twin boys.
Tonight my oldest son(8) asked,"Mom, if you're having a baby, why aren't you thick? You were always really thick when you had a baby in your tummy before."
Thank you everyone!!
Jen

Hey, maybe you'll end up with a mixed set!?
I don't get thick, personally, I get huge--we're talking "Death Star" huge...Jupiter huge...Titanic huge. LOL
But I am so glad for you, and will be praying for a healthy pregnancy and a good outcome.
Rachel
