Little Golden Books bring back so many memories for me... for some reason I remember the book "We go to Kindergarten" being read to me as a child.

Many of them are illustrated by Eloise Wilkin, and I love her sweet pictures.
We Help Mommy
is one we love at my house. my kids still ask for it every now and then.

Jingle Bells is another of my favorites. I love the take off on the song lyrics and all the animals and the pictures.
My favorite part is when Santa is saying that all the reindeer are sick and had to be put to bed, and Mother Bear says, "With bed socks and tea, I hope!"

I want Mother Bear to come to my house the next time I am sick

There is a "We Help Daddy" companion book to "We Help Mommy." I think those are just perfect!

I think our favorites all of the Eloise Wilkin ones. Does that narrow it down a bit?
