by Elisa Kleven has been a big hit in out house since we stumbled upon it at the library. The illustrations have inspired lots of new artwork, and everyone is designing and cutting out paper dolls. (My 7 yo son made his a knight, of course.) Sweet story, too.

We lovethis book (and most everything by Elisa Kleven). There are 2 sequels now I think but the first is definitely our favorite.
