This is a a wonderful book we discovered last fall shortly after it was published. As with all Mary Azarian illustrated works it is beautiful and eye-catching. The story follows a family farm through many generations and centuries and provides a great overview of our nation's history (US) in a personal and real life way. The Tuttle Farm is the oldest continually operating family farm in the United States. The family has been farming and caring for the same land since 1632. I found it very touching. Great story - great history lesson.
