Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

We received our catalogue in the mail yesterday. Has anyone seen it? The incredibly short skirt on that cute little girl on the front cover??? I wrote a letter to them.

I see girls dressed like this at Mass every Sunday. And, goodness, with the windchill factor it was below zero here this weekend!

Seriously, good for you for writing a letter. I work p.t. at our local high school, and see young women wearing the extremely short denim skirts that are popular right now. (I know Wal-Mart carries them locally). I just cringe. With no modesty panels on any of the desks, I'm sure the poor male teachers see it all. They need our prayers and sacrifices!

I'm tiring of AG. It seems like they are emphasizing modern girls over the historical dolls and the modern girls are often dressed immodestly. I've stopped giving my girls the catalogue and have been giving them the Vision Forum catalogue instead.
