Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

ful!! Presentations from author/illustrators were incredible. We heard P.J. Lynch (who came from Ireland), illustrator of "Jonathon Toomey" and who also has recently illustrated "A Christmas Carol". He has illustrated many fairy/folk tales and loves to draw giants and ogres!
P. Maclauglan author of "Sarah Plain and Tall". She was hilarious!
Paul Zelinski who talked about his new "The Shivers in the Fridge" (also illustrated beautifully Rumplestiltskin and Rapunzel.)
Keven Hawkes of Maine, (who has 5 children)and illustrated many books. "Library Lion" is a sweet story. He also loves to draw giants and his illustrations in "Westlandia" are amazing.
Tracy Campbell Pearson, from Vermont, who has illustrated Mother Goose with an interesting twist (Little Bo Peep as an infant who throws her sheep out of the crib!) She writes from her experiences of family and life in Vermont.
What a gift it was to have been able to go!
Inspiring and delightful.
Do you already have these author/illustrators on your shelves at home?!
