I am looking for some good books for my 12 year old son. His reads above grade level, but I want things appropriate for his maturity level. Some books he likes are Redwall series, and The Wind in the Willows. Or if someone could point me to a good booklist for this age group that would be great too. thanks!

That is an awsome list Lindsay.. all the books I was thinking of are on it.

Do watch the list though because I think there's quite an age range in the books listed.. For instance Narnia books are stupendous for this age.. but some of the other CS Lewis would be better for older boys.

Oh my boy this age also ADORES non-fiction do it types of books.. The Dangerous Book for Boys, the various Scouting books, etc.
