Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

as an audiobook.

We have listened to the first three Anne books on cd narrated by Barbara Carusoe, who does a fantastic job

But apparently Anne of Windy Poplars was a later book and is not in the public domain, so there are not many audio recordings available.

I did find one copy through World Cat, and we have it now, but the narrator is probably one of the worst I've ever listened to , and we are feeling the pain after Barbara. I don't want the story to be ruined for us, so we may have to switch to reading it aloud ourselves.

As a long shot, I thought I would ask here if anyone has found a source for this book on tape.

I have not seen an audio version of that book. In addition to its being in the public domain, it might also be that the book, imo, would be difficult to narrate well. It is mostly a series of letters that Anne writes to Gilbert while they are engaged.

Fwiw, I do think that you could easily skip it and go on to the next book without missing anything. I like the book, but aside from introducing the housekeeper at windy poplars (who visits Anne in a chapter of Rainbow Valley), you won't be confused or behind on anything coming later in the series.

Ditto that you can skip Windy Poplars and not miss anything. I read them all on Kindle but Windy Poplars was the only one not available. They are pretty easy to find cheaply at used bookstores and such so you can keep your eyes open for a hard copy to read down the road.
