Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Can anyone suggest any books about fairies for toddlers? Thanks.

That's exactly the one I was going to suggest!!

So, that's two votes. The images are soooo beautiful.

Thank you for your suggestion. I already have that book and neither of my toddlers are interested in it. I even have the cd, but it doesn't really help. I was thinking more of a story book with a fairy or fairies. Thanks.

This was a big favorite in our house -

A Fairy Went A Marketing

But I don't think any of mine were interested in fairies and such until around age 3 or so...before that, sturdy board books with simple pictures that they could recognize from the world around them seemed a better fit - pictures of animals, sun, moon, flowers, clouds...things like that. There are many Eric Carle books that are available as board books - these were some of the all time favorites among my littlest ones.

Oh...and Baby Bug magazine was so well loved by our children that we *still* have stacks around and my youngest is about to turn 7!!
