Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

What is your favorite book(s) from Neumann Press?
All of their books look good, is there any must have favorites?

I have been eying up the Saints and Friendly Beast series for years. However, I have never read any of the books?

Thanks for all of the input....

So hard to pick a favorite, Betsy!! I have been eyeing the Saints and Friendly Beast series for a long time, too! I'm so hopeful I can get these soon!

I have and love...

**Angel Food for Boys and Girls series
**Their Hearts are His Garden
**Manners in God's House (so sweet!)
**Illustrated Catechism for Children
**A Book of Cradle Songs
**Jacinta
**The St. Gregory Hymnal

There are soooo many books I'd love to order from them! I don't think you'll be disappointed in anything you order from them, but I do love the Children's section...of course I love the Christmas section, too. Ack...I can't help you, Betsy...I'd order just about everything if I could.

Thanks for your help Jennifer...

It is so hard to decide and you can never find these books used. But, I think that one or two of these books might be under the Christmas tree...

Anyone else have some favorites???

Betsy~
If you have children that will be making their First Communion in the Future, we really like the First Communion Days book....and there is a second one too.

I also like An Alphabet of Saints by Robert Hugh Benson....wonderful poems of the saints.

And, Elena Vidal's two books.....Madame Royale and Trianon about the French Revolution.

We also have one of the volumes of "Catholic Stories for Boys and Girls", we haven't read from this one as much as the First Communion book.

I was looking at the catalogue the other day, and have had these things on my list for a long time:

Angel Food for Boys and Girls
Their Hearts are his Garden
The Cure of Ars and the Holy Eucharist
