Has anyone read this series? I remember it from years ago, and happened upon it again recently. I know it is Christian, but am unsure if it is contrary to Catholicism. Any opinions you can share? TIA!

I haven't read it, but I recall someone saying that the books do become anti-Catholic after a while. Someone else commented on the saccharine quality of the stories. Personally, I'd go for some Vision books or some Bethlehem books or some of the Catholic Mosaic titles.

I haven't read them, either, but the daughter of one of my friends read them and was very taken aback by the anti-Catholic sentiment that surfaces in the series. I remember my friend telling me that she went back and looked at the things her daughter found and *she* (Mom) was also rather taken aback. I'm with Deborah-stick with Bethlehem Books!
