The name was familiar. I took a look at the site and now I know why. I wear the Saint Therese scapular found on this page .
BTW theseSacrifice Beads and One-Decade Rosary can work the same as the one decade memory rosary bracelet.

It occurs to me, Elizabeth, that since it is so readily available online, it could well be available at the Catholic Shop or other local Catholic stores. (It seems to be commonly called the "5 in 1" so you might call and ask them using that name??)
