I have a friend looking for a tea length dress with short sleeves (not cap sleeves) for her daughter. They are looking for something pretty and modest... the daughter does not want sleeveless with a cardigan. She is 9 yo and fairly tall for her age. They have looked at a few stores and are feeling discouraged, as they are seeing mainly sleeveless dresses.

Any ideas?

JC Penney has at least one that is really short sleeves and not cardigan over sleeveless.

I will probably sew it, though with the last one we were providentially blessed at Once Upon a Child.

We found a dress with sleeves at Dillards a couple years ago.
