Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

This
looks like a countdown calendar starting ASh Wednesday that might be good for Lent.

Footsteps to the Cross sticker booklet also looks interesting....

I know it's early, but I am already thinking about Lent. I waited till the last minute last year and it was a bit helter skelter here.

I don't think Lent should be "fun", but I do like that something like this could make it interesting. We have done the Holy Heroes Lenten Adventure the past two years, and we did the Advent Adventure again this Christmas. I think we will be ready for something a little different for this Lent.

I have never ordered from the Printery House. Has anyone?

I have ordered from Printery House in the past - it's been awhile. Never done the calendar but have done the Footsteps of the Cross (it was a different style as I'm sure they change regularly). We enjoyed to it the years we did it. It is a way to mark the days as they pass and focus on a devotion.

I saw that "Footsteps" in their catalog and bookmarked it to purchase. I've wanted to do something like that for a few years but never had time to create one myself. I haven't ordered from them but they do have some interesting things.

Thanks for the feedback. It feels like Feb 13 is coming at me like a train...
Valentine's Day is the very next day.
