hello wonderful ladies I turn to with questions I have no one else to ask.

does anyone have a favorite novena to recommend? I would like to pray one for my sister before her hysterectomy and possible cancer treatment. I was looking at St. Peregrine but not sure that's quite *it* since we don't know yet if it's cancer. there are so many Marian ones, all of them lovely, but there are SO many!

she's a homeschooling mama of 4, devout and very brave ... and my dearest sister who has been closer than a best friend and mother all my life, and I just want to do something for her.

novenas are still a little new to me. does anyone has a particular devotion they'd like to share? thank you so much!

Do you have a date yet for the surgery? I usually look at the feast days and see if it corresponds to some close feast day. Right now we are in the midst of the Immaculate Conception, but Our Lady of Guadalupe is coming up, too.

The novena to Our Lady Undoer of Knots is one of my most favorite!

I have seen some pretty hopeless situations turned around with this novena. I especially love how it's incorporated into the rosary---what's better than the rosary?

My second favorite is the Chaplet of Our Lady's Tears.
