Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Do you have the St. Joseph's Guide for the current year?

I consider this fairly essential for following the hours.

It's not an online help, but this resource has been recommended here before.
The Divine Office for Dodos

A thread a few years ago gave us an opportunity to ask questions of the author:Ask Questions about Liturgy of the Hours

Other older threads which I believe have some links and other info that could be helpful:

Universalis and other online and personal media device (iPod, etc.)sources have also been recomended as they present each days Office direclty without having to flip through the book, so it can be much easier.
