Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Does anyone know if there is a copy of The New Saint Joseph Baltimore Catechism questions online? Or if it is possible to buy an electronic copy? I found it somewhere earlier in the year and I was able to copy and paste the q and a's for flashcards I made for the boys. We have finished all of the flashcards I prepared and now I am unable to locate it again. I have the book in print but there is no way I can type all of the cards.

I can't tell you how long I have been planning to do something like this! You are amazing .

Thank you so much for posting so that others can use this great resource. I know it must have been a lot of work.

I read about the Scripture Verse Memory System at SCM and have always thought that would be a great way to memorize catechsim questions if it was possible to buy the Catechism questions in flashcard format, or if I could find the time and energy to make the cards myself.

Combining the 3 Catechisms was genious! Part of what hindered my getting started was that I was thinking I would have to do 3 different sets of cards.

I hope I have enough ink to print these out today.

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Yes, these cards are fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing them...I was in the process of adding to our somewhat pathetic hand-written 3x5's. This will be so much nicer.

Is there a way I should print them out to get two-sided cards? Or do I just print, cut, and fold them as is?

I also love the chart that coordinates the Catechisms. I have found the Baltimore Catechisms the best way to really teach the children the faith. The answers are short and to-the-point and really stick with them. We read Faith and Life, too, but that is so wordy they sometimes get lost in it. Not only that, but the illustrations in the Baltimore Catechisms 0 and 1 make a big impression on the little ones.

You're welcome.   Sharing it out makes the work that much more worthwhile (I didn't put that many hours into a project just for my family!).

I just print, cut, fold and glue back to front.

I think the folding makes them that much sturdier and longer lasting.

I had started putting something like this together and didn't get far before I decided to do it with the original BC - but I didn't get far on that one either!

I'll be printing these out and laminating them after folding - I have a feeling they will get a lot of use around here
