While looking around for info on Friday Abstinence/Penance and how it fits with solemnities, etc., I found this...Can you name the Catholic Solemnities & Feasts? quiz
Love,

Oh, that is fun. I'm very weak on my apostles' dates.

I tried it earlier and found it challenging because it wouldn't take my wording sometimes even when I knew it was RIGHT. So I didn't let the answers come up then. I just tried it again with writing it down so then I could look at the answers and verify that I had the feast even if it wasn't worded how they wanted it (or I misspelled something because of the speed issue). I missed six - most were apostles, except for mixing up Conversion of Paul with Chair of Peter.
That was fun.

That aspect was frustrating. I had to try a few times before I realized how they wanted it typed in.
I got some of the apostles wrong...not good about the autumnal feasts. Otherwise, I did pretty well. It's a great challenge, especially since I think following those main solemnities and feasts are "hitting the highlights" for the liturgical year.

Fun game but I agree with Mary M - you had to have the right wording and spelling or it was a no go!
