Especially this time of year (Easter and May) we LOVE the Daughters of St. Paul's Handmaiden of the Lord, Vol. 1 and 2. These are Marian hymns.

Oh my goodness, if you've never heard Marie Bellet, you have to get a cd! Her songs are for mothers, and the lyrics are just beautiful. I would suggest starting with her album "Lighten Up" because my all time favorite song from her is 'One More Soul'.

If you go over to her site you can sample her music and order cds. I really don't think you'll be disappointed! Such uplifting stuff!

We love the Cat Chat cd that has all the songs from all of their cds. There are some really beautiful songs on it, plus lots of catchy ones the kids like to sing.

My personal favorite (but I'm slightly biased) is Seton School's Non Nobis Domine. My mother was the director, and my siblings were part of this, also. Maryan also sang in the choir. Anyway, I love how this has a smattering of wonderful hymns and polyphony for the whole liturgical year.

My boys always love listening to it.

Love this! Listen to it everyday, in the morning and I find my girls singing aloud even when it's not on ! Makes my heart go pitter-patter to hear them singing the praises of the Lord. ...I'm growin' saints here ladies
