I have the green childsize vestments from Our Fathers House and am wondering how I could use it alone (without having to make anything) for an All Saints Day costume.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

I think St. Jude is often pictured in green? But maybe not in vestments.

I think St. Patrick is a great idea. That chasuble (we have one too) looks just like the one you see St. Patrick depicted in. Just need a miter to finish off the costume.
In the Lovasik picture book of saints there is a picture of Sts. Cyril and Methodius with one wearing vestments that look like that as well. I can't find anything on line that is similar to that picture but one of them is clearly pictured in green vestments (sometimes draped in white) in most pictures/icons. Don't know if it's Cyril or Methodius though - anyone know - I've been googling quite awhile on that already .
And any saint who was a priest would technically be a possibility, right? Especially if it were a more contemporary saint - last couple of centuries.

That's what I always assumed. We have an adult green chasuble and I *made* Pete's dad dress up one year as the Cure of Ars. I remember going through the saint book and looking for parish priests.

Thank you all for your suggestions!!!
Mary, after a little searching as well, I think that it is St. Cyril in Green.

Last year, and using the same vestment you have, we put a little stubble on my son's face with black marker, bandaged his hands and put red stigmata bleeding out through the wrapping and VOILA- Padre Pio!
