Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Can someone who uses this tell me a little about it? I see there is a coloring book, a timeline and a card game. What is the gist of the program? How long would you say each Bible story is studied? I'm trying to decide if I want to use it next year but I'm not sure if it would work for all my kids (10yo to 6yo) or how much time it will take.

As I am stuck on bedrest after surgery, I finally got around to finishing my review for Catholic Company of the Great Adventure Kids Bible Story Coloring Book. If you want to read my review, maybe it will help, it's here. Hope I linked that ok. If not just let me know. I can't speak for the whole program just the coloring book. http://motherlyloving.blogspot.com/2009/05/exccellent-kids-b ible-story-coloring.html

Try this post:
Review - Kids Bible Timeline

Since I wrote that, I have used it at my parishes as part of the RE program; presented it to other DREs; my son and I still play the card games - and he tells me the stories from the pages of the coloring book.

Time-wise, using just what is there, it's really minimal. I would suggest reading teh full associated Scripture passages and discussing them - this could take as short or as long as you like (one story a night or a week - or a series together, for example).

There is no real plan to how to go about it - I just explored all the pieces and we delved into the card game. Once he gained familiarity with it, we read through the coloring book and he (of his own accord) matched the cards to the book pages.

We then did little things here and there and all over the place. It's really been easy and fun.

The coloring book, card game and timeline IS the program. These are nice supplemental items, but certainly not a completely planned out Bible curriculum. Are you looking for a religion curriculum for the year?   If so, then just the few visuals this program provides would not be enough for your needs. You might want to read through this recent thread which discusses different Bible Study programs.
