Click on the button that says iPaper and then "Print". Maybe someone else could tell you how to download it from Scribd since I have never tried that.

OK,
I looked into this and apparently the Download It tab wasn't available until I changed some settings which I have never had to do before so I guess this is new. You should be able to download the file now or just print it. Hope that works. Please let me know if it doesn't and I will do more investigating.
