I hope this isn't too long After reading JPII's encyclical on the Rosary, I made a little cheat sheet with a bible verse and a fruit for each mystery. I'm a little short on time, so I just copied everything out of my prayer book.
These fruits are based on St. Louis de Montfort's list of the 10 virtues of Our Lady and Fr. Stefano Manelli (the founder of the Franciscans of the Immaculate) two Franciscan virtues. I used these virtues as the fruits of the mysteries.
This isn't anything official. Just my groupings.
If you can't decipher this just let me know and I'll go through it and pick out the fruits.
Joyful Mysteries
• The Annunciation – Blind Obedience of the Immaculate
“’Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus. …The holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God….Mary said, ‘Behold I am the handmaiden of the Lord. May it be done to me according to your word.’” Luke 1:31,35,38
• The Visitation – Burning Charity of the Immaculate
“During those days Mary set out and traveled to the hill country in haste to a town of Judah, where she entered the house of Zechariah and greeted Elizabeth, the infant leaped in her womb, and Elizabeth, filled with the holy Sprit, cried out in a loud voice and said, “most blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb.” Luke 1:39-42
• The Birth of Our Lord – Seraphic Poverty of the Immaculate
“Now there were shepherds in that region living in the fields and keeping the night watch over their flock. The angel of the Lord appeared to them and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were stuck with great fear…So they went in haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the infant lying in the manger. ” Luke 2:8-9
• The Presentation in the Temple –Universal Mortification
“The child’s father and mother were amazed at what was said about him; and Simeon blessed them and said to Mary his mother, ‘Behold, this child is destined for the fall and rise of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be contradicted and you yourself a sword will pierce so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.” Luke 2:33-35
• The Finding of Jesus in the Temple – Divine Wisdom
“After three days they found him in the temple sitting in the midst of the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions, and all who heard him were astounded at his understanding and his answers.” Luke 2:46-47
Mysteries of Light
• The Baptism in the Jordan – profound humility
“After all the people had been baptized and Jesus also had been baptized and was praying, heaven was opened and the Holy Spirit descended upon him in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven, ‘You are my beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.’” Luke 3:21-22
• The Wedding feast of Cana –Burning charity
“When the wine ran short, the mother of Jesus said to him, ‘They have no wine.’ Jesus said to her, ‘Woman, how does your concern affect me? My hours has not yet com.’ His mother said to the servers, ‘Do whatever he tells you.’” John 2:3-5
• The Proclamation of the kingdom of God – Divine Wisdom
“”To what shall I compare the kingdom of God? It is like yeast that a woman took and mixed I with three measures of wheat flour until the whole batch of dough was leavened.” Luke 13: 20
• The Transfiguration –Living Faith
“While He was praying, his face changed in appearance and his clothes became dazzlingly white. Suddenly two men were talking with him – Moses and Elijah. They appeared in glory and spoke of his passage…” Luke 9:29
The Institution of the Eucharist – Tender Piety
“[D]uring the supper, fully aware that the Father had put everything into his power and that he had come from God and was returning to God, he rose from supper and took off his outer garments. He took a towel and tied it around his waist. Then he poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples’ feet and dry them with the towel around his waist.” John 13:3-5
Sorrowful Mysteries
• The Agony in the Garden – Universal Mortification
“Then going out he went, as was his custom, to the Mount of Olives, and the disciples followed him. When he arrived at the place he said to them, ‘Pray that you may not undergo the test.’ After withdrawing about a stone’s throw from them and kneeling, he prayed, saying, “Father, if you are willing, take this cup away from me: still, not my will but yours be done.” Luke 22:39-42
• The Scourging at the Pillar –Divine Purity
“When Pilate saw that he was not succeeding at all, but that a riot was breaking out instead, he took water and washed his hands in the sight who the crowd, saying, ‘I am innocent of this man’s blood. “ MT 27:24
• The Crowning with Thorns – Profound Humility
“The soldiers led him away inside the palace, that is the praetorium, and assembled the whole cohort. They clothed him in purple and, weaving a crown of thorns, place it on him. They began to salute him with, “Hail, King of the Jews!’ and kept striking his head with a reed and spitting upon him. They knelt before him in homage. And when they had mocked him, they stripped him of the purple cloak, dressed him in his own clothes, and led him out to crucify him.” Mark: 15: 16-20
• The Carrying of the Cross – Continuous Prayer
“As they were going out, they met a Cyrenian named Simon; this man they pressed into service to carry his cross.” MT 27:32
• The Crucifixion – Invincible Hope
“From noon onward, darkness came over the whole land until three in the afternoon. ..Jesus cried out again in a loud voice, and gave up his spirit. And behold, the veil of the sanctuary was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth quaked, rocks were split, tombs were opened, and the bodies of many saints who had fallen asleep were raised.” MT 27:45,50-52
Glorious Mysteries
• The Resurrection – Living Faith
“Thomas answered and said to him, ‘My Lord and my God!’ Jesus said to him, ‘Have you come to believe because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed.’” John 20:28-29
• The Ascension – Universal Mortification
“Men of Galilee, why are you standing there looking at the sky? This Jesus who has been taken up from you into heaven will return in the same way as you have seen him going into heaven.’” Acts 1:11
• The Descent of the Holy Spirit –Divine Wisdom/Continuous Prayer
“Peter said to them, ‘Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit…Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand persons were added that day.” Acts 2:38,41
• The Assumption –Perfect Joy/Resplendent Modesty
“The souls of the just are in the hand of God, and no torment shall touch them. ..[G]race and mercy are with his holy ones, and his care is with his elect. “ Wisdom 3:1,9
• The Crowning of Our Lady Queen of Heaven- All Her Virtues
“A great sign appeared in the sky, a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars.” Rev 12:1

Seems there's no exact fruit of the mysteries. One of my favorite rosary books is an OOP by the Daughters of St. Paul, Ten Series of Meditations on the Mysteries of the Rosary. Unfortunately it was written before the Luminous Mysteries were given to us.
Joyful
Annuncation: Humilty
Visitation: Charity Toward Our Neighbor
Nativity: Poverty
Presentation: Obedience
Finding in the Temple: Hatred for Sin
Sorrowful
Agony in the Garden: The will of God
Scourging at the Pillar: Purity of the Senses
Crowning with Thorns: Interior Purity
Carrying of the Cross: Completing the Passion of Christ
Crucifixion: The Love of God
Glorious
Resurrection: Faith
Ascension: Hope
Descent of the Holy Spirit: Zeal
Assumption: A Good Death
Coronation: Perseverance
And The Catholic Girls' Guide by Father Lasance lists these, slightly different:
Joyful Mysteries: Spirit of Holy Joy
1. Humility
2. Fraternal Charity
3. Spirit of Poverty
4. Obedience
5. Love of Jesus and His Holy Services
Sorrowful Mysteries: Spirit of Compassion and Contrition
1. Fervor in Prayer
2. Penance
3. Moral Courage
4. Patience
5. Self-Sacrifce for God and Our Neighbor
Glorious Mysteries: Spirit of Adoration and Faith
1. Faith
2. Hope
3. Love and Zeal for Souls
4. Filial Devotion to Mary
