Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I was wondering if anyone has heard of, or used anything like, The Catholic Family Catechism. We used Seton's Religion books this year for 2nd, 4th and 6th grades. I liked the info, but we rarely actually wrote in the book. I would be reading and discussing with one child and another would pipe in that it was the same subject they were doing and we'd all end up doing it together!

I stumbled up on the family catechism linked above and thought that sounded like a good solution. Any experience or thoughts on this? I really, really want to ditch religion workbooks for next year, but I struggle with confidence in this area. Thanks!
