Hi , I have being trying to contact Magnifikid over the last month , 4 emails and 2 phone calls to find out about shipping, with no response .I notice they have to web sites one ending in .com the other .net. Neither showing a padlock for safe ordering. Can anyone tell me do they post internationally by airmail to Australia, and is either web site OK to use . I want the mag. to come in time for the mass's they cover in their magazine, otherwise seems a bit pointless. Can anyone help me with info, safety etc. ?

I don't have experiience with Magnifikid but I did order our Magnificat subscription on-line a few years ago. It took over 4 months (from the time they billed my credit card) for the magazine to start shipping, and only after I made numerous phone calls and mailed a copy of my credit card statement! I wish I had something positive to share about the company but it seems to have some pretty big management problems.   Ok, I guess do really like their products but they really ought to get a handle on customer service.

It was a few years back now but I remember when I finally got through to a live person she mentioned something about the on-line accounts being handled out of country (not in USA) and that their voice-mail was back-logged with thousands of messages. Once they finally got my order straight, I did receive it on-time and they even added an extra month so I received a total of 13 months. But I don't have experience with over-seas shipping.

I hope that makes sense and I hope others can offer more encouragment.

It may work best to see if you can find a Catholic bookstore that orders in bulk and purchase from them. It seems the company is geared toward servicing bulk orders better than individual. I buy the next month' Magnificat and Magnifikids in the middle of the month from our local Catholic bookstore.

The back of my current ones say www.magnifikid.com

A one yr subscription is $49 US dollars to go outside Us/Europe
A 3 yr is $131.90

Our issues come at least 1 month ahead (I currently have April sitting in wait)
