For many years we have done a secret gift giving for the 12 Days of Christmas. We choose a family (or two) and leave anonymous gifts each day. I wanted to post about it last year but we were in the middle of giving gifts to Mary G.'s family so couldn't annonce it here publicly. She posted about it last year on her blog when we finished and revealed ourselves, so it includes all the ideas we had for the various days.
