I cannot find the recommended book for St. Jerome. I *have* found some stories in collections (in one he was called St. GERASIMUS??).

I was really hoping for a picture book, though. Has anyone found anything else suitable?

That book is hard to find. Have you thought about this coloring book? Not the same as a picture book, but it does tell the same story and the illustrations are very nice.

I only found it on Amazon selling for $45!    My library has it, so I guess I'll just be borrowing it.

If anyone does find it for less...please let us know!

Thank you for the suggestion, Jenn! I can't find a Canadian supplier right now, but hopefully may favourite homeschool-family run Catholic bookstore can get it in for next year.

I eventually found the book on abebooks.com for $25.00. Still pretty pricey for my budget but I splurged and bought the book because I couldnt find anything about St. Jerome written for children anywhere else. Im having the same difficulty with St. Martin of Tours and Michael the Archangel...
You might want to check out abebooks.com and see if someone has posted a more reasonable price since I got mine.
