Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Our parish is planning on implementing this program http://www.generationsoffaith.org/ come Fall. Does anyone have any expereince with this? I see that Catholic Culture gives it a low grade for fidelity. Frankly, we have had so many changes at our parish since our priest died last year that I feel very frustrated. I agree that family catechesis is a good thing (that's one reason I homeschool) but I also teach CCD and feel that young kids, especially those in public school need weekly reinforcement of Catholic teaching. This program doesn't seem to provide that. What do you think??
