Hey y'all -- Pope Benedict will celebrate his 2nd anniversary as Pope Benedict on Thurs, 4/19! And the Vatican celebrates by taking the day off ... what will you do?

Since I didn't "do" Bavarian for his birthday, I could do some yummy Bavarian foods (especially their desserts! )
