We recently placed an order for art supplies, as part of our homeschool budget for the coming year (thanks to taxes)...the items are also going to double as family Easter gifts! Everything we ordered turned out to be even nicer than I imagined when placing the order! I thought I'd share the infor. in case anyone is interested:

http://www.dickblick.com/zz007/17/ A set of 30 tubes of acrylic paints (the variety of colors is nice for budding artists who aren't yet skilled at mixing colors..these will last awhile, even with many young artists in the house!)

http://www.dickblick.com/zz218/17/ Pen Set (this set is really nice...the case has a built-in easel and the pens won't dry out, write very smoothly and have a very fine tip.)

http://www.dickblick.com/zz220/27/ Woodless Colored Pencils (these are great because they resist breakage better than crayons, and lay down color similar to crayons or pastels and can be sharpened like regular pencils)
