Help The Sack Campaign design a logo!   Submissions are welcome from both adults and children. Your design should be an original creation and should include our slogan (Give Factory Farming the Sack), or another relevant slogan that you create. Please submit a high-resolution image (300dpi), using no more than 3 colours. The winning logo will be featured on our sacks and other materials. The chosen designer will be featured on our website. Sacks will be sold directly to consumers through The Sack Campaign, and by individual family farms around North America. Our goal is to distribute 5000 sacks in 2009.

Show your support and raise awareness for family farming through The Sack Campaign. You can join The Sack Campaign here.

Family farms provide organic farm products - real food - to their communities. They preserve the beauty and health of the countryside through careful land stewardship. They feed the hungry in their communities, and are involved in so many other ways in the lives of their neighbours.

Family farms have been disappearing over the last four generations. But they can - and are - making a comeback. Show that you support everything that family farms stand for by purchasing a re-usable canvas grocery sack - or a whole stack of sacks - to use at your local CSA, farmer's market, or grocery store.

You'll not only be showing your support for the folks that feed us, but you will be doing your part to save important resources by reducing paper and plastic waste.

Proceeds from the sale of Sacks will further the stewardship aims of Renaissance Farms, and other like-minded farmers.

Our goal is to distribute 5000 bags this year. 5000 bags can preserve up to 8 acres of existing farmland, or reclaim one acre of land for farming. What does one acre of farmland matter?
