Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Can anyone tell me where to find a script for this?
Are there any other Catholic play texts than Praise Him With Your Very Life?

TIA,
ck

Twelve Days of Christmas had some suggestions for some dramas for Epiphany.

Although not written in drama form, this The Wise Men, An Epiphany Legend could be acted out.

There is no Christmas or Epiphany plays, but I had to mention PERFORMING PARABLES by Matthew Powell for some sources.

I know I've seen other sources around, but can't think of anything else right now.

There are short plays in the We Sing and Praise music series. I flipped through the ones I could find and saw plays for a Christmas in Ireland, Mexico and the mountains and 2 had Epiphany/Twelfth Night plays. They have songs interspersed throughout the dialogue.

It seems like I've seen some other plays in other books also - maybe in the dramatization section of the Voyages series or maybe in another Catholic series ? I can't remember, but if I run across anything else, I'll let you know. You're really planning ahead

Blessings,
Kym

I'll check that out. Thanks, Kym.

The reason I'm looking so far in advance: we are planning to do it in latin with the little ones. The latin teacher will translate the text into latin and have the little kids in the community perform it. So, that's a process, much moreso than the usual play production... but it should be fun!

thanks all,
ck

Kym,
Can you tell me which were the 2 in the series that had a "regular" epiphany play? You can pm me if that is easier.

Thanks a lot,
C
