My friend is receiving a piano as a birthday present for her 7 kids this Christmas! She has no musical experience and is looking for the best, easiest way to teach them (they range in age from 2-12 so she realizes it might take more than one program). Anyway, we found this company in the UK. Anyone know anything about it? It seems quite Montessori.

Linda Fay at Higher Up and Further In has a great post about learning piano (her focus was on the budget aspect, though) but that may have some useful information.

Elsewhere, I also came across a couple of posts from a dad (who doesn't play) teaching his daughter to play piano. The first is here and the followup here.
