We are visiting Ancients again starting in August. I want to do some prehistory, but need some recommendations for 9 and 121/2 year old girls. I thought I would just concentrate on a couple of places like Skara Brae and Mohenjo Daro, and look at we know about the places. Then we can move on to Egypt and Mesopotamia.

I bought A Bone From a Dry Sea and Warrior Scarlet for dd12. Not sure if dd9 will enjoy or not.

What should I not miss for prehistory?

I just cancelled Bone from a dry sea. When I re-read the description, "hominid" and "not quite human" sounded too weird. Should I re-order?
