I stumbled upon this book at the Gutenberg site - Home Geography For Primary Grades. Has anybody used it in their schooling?

I looked at this and it seemed very similar to CM's Elementary Geography. My dd (7) is actually using the CM book this year. We have enjoyed it so far (we're in lesson 24 out of 41). There is a lot of poetry (her favorite part) and she has followed the reading selections well with some further discussions of course.

I love to hear a review of the C.C. Long book too .
