Perhaps this isn't news to any of you, but we just discovered that almost all the states have official tourism websites from which you can order an Official Visitor's Guide to be mailed to you.

These guides are full of flashy, scenic photos and sometimes interesting facts and such.

We've been ordering them from all the states we study and the kids love getting mail of course.

The pictures and maps and things make great additions to any notebooks you might be making.
