Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Any comments -- is it fun ... what ages ... does it help understand colonial life ... are there any other American History games out there that will help reinforce our field trips and learning and reading?

Inquiring minds NEED to know!

I really dislike it. And we bought it. It wasnt inexpensive and it irritates me. Maybe this is because when we tried to play we had a toddler crawling all over it. But it wasnt the fast paced enjoyable game I expected.

Some one gave it to us. My kids like it. It is not a fast paced game, but I thought it was a good teaching tool and they enjoy it enough to get it out on their own sometimes.

Games are considerably less fun with toddlers trying to play too.
