WE have been math u see for years and now with two in this book I am wondering how to schedule it. Any ideas??

Are you trying to schedule Math u See computer time or are you trying to schedule time in Jacob's Algebra textbook?
I cannot help with the computer time scheduling. It is one reason computer based learning isn't great at our house. But is it possible to find another copy of the textbook that local homeschoolers are willing to loan you for the year.
If you are talking about the textbook, here is how we have done it in our house - The oldest who uses the material (ie the one for whom speed of completion is more important)gets first choice of time slot and priority of use. We move from oldest down. If I have just 2 folks using the same book, it isn't too bad, unless the one who uses it first forgets to bring it back. With a little training both the one waiting, learns to go ask after a reasonable time and the one using learns to be efficient and bring the book down to others as soon as they are finished.
Now, we have 3 children using one book and the speed of use is really different. The oldest takes forever, the youngest likes to get it last because this subject is his favorite and he will spend longer than anyone else just reading ahead, trying other experiments that it stimulates, etc. If it takes too long, he pulls out the organic chemistry books filling my shelves (a bunch of old books picked up for 50c from library sales. It is a subject he loves, so he will find plenty of other things to do that are related and if left to his own devices, this subject is the only one he'd ever do in school. The middle one gets utterly frustrated as he is so stressed by all academics and just wants to get it in a timely manner so he can get done. When sis isn't ready when he is, he moves on to something else and ends up letting younger brother use it first because he is in the middle of something else. Then younger brother has it forever. This poor middle guy seemed to be always waiting between the other two and it was ruining his days. Well, we finally posted an appeal to local homeschoolers and asked if anyone had an additional copy that we could borrow. I wasn't willing to pay extra just to have another copy but having that extra copy for free for the year is really a blessing. I will probably allow the oldest to use the borrowed copy (she is neater, hates the subject and is not going to be sprawled on the floor with it - ie it will stay in excellent condition). The other two boys will decide who gets it first. I know they will be able to work out something that works. I'm trying to encourage them to help each other as the middle guys strengths involve the math, the other guys is the science concepts. So far we have not had anyone needing tests at the same time. Whenever someone is taking a test, they get the book during prime morning time when it is still quiet and everyone is fresh. I can delay a test by a day for younger children, to stagger the testing, if necessary.
We use post its with names of children to mark places, etc. because everyone is in a different place in the book. My guess is that the youngest will finish first.

Oh My... my post was very confusing!
What I was trying to say, not too clearly, was how do you schedule your days using the Jacob's Algebra text. I have two kids using it, but they don't conflict too much on the usage. It is more that I wondered what sort of pace you work at through the text. (MUS was a sort of one page a day type and easy to think through).
Sorry Janet... but your post was also helpful as the math and latin texts get shared here!!

Oops Kristie. I follow Kolbe's plans in the Jacob's text. It involves about one lesson over 2 days. One day reading and doing basic problems and another day doing more thought provoking problems. I try to assign problems from sets II and III but sometimes include some things from I. In general, the difficulty increases (II is more challenging than I) but sometimes I has more of the definitions, etc. and there are times that I think these are important to do. I do not assign every single problem.

I tried for about 4 lessons a week, with one day for extra review. If it's any help, Set II and Set III are largely the same -- so I would just have him do Set II unless he needed the extra practice.
Set II answers are in the back of the book, so it was easier to check. That's why we usually used Set II.
I had him work the Set I problems, which are review from past lessons, only occasionally in order to study for a test or if he seemed to have forgotten them. In our case we usually discussed those orally.

Helen, I only looked in the TM if we were having problems with a concept. So, probably a few times a year.
