Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Has anyone purchased the new perfect bound editions of Hillside's PLL or Intermediate LL? I have the spiral editions but after many years of continued use, I'm thinking of replacing them with perfect bound. (Which I think holds up much better.) Other than being perfect bound, are than any other differences?

Also I cannot seem to find sample pages or reviews for Americana. Can anyone link me to some or give input? Is it also available via perfect bound or only CD?

Thanks!

The Hillside versions are printed on thicker, quality paper. They also include many quality printed full color art images which the perfect bound versions do not include. The perfect bound versions will not lay open flat unless you plan on breaking or retraining and significantly bending the back binding - the book is small and thick, resulting in a book that does not lay open well.

I am generally a fan of perfect bound over spiral, but far prefer the Hillside editions because of the quality of print.

I HAVE the spiral Hillside editions.

I am contemplating replacing them with the perfect bound HIllside editions. I'm wondering if Hillside has made any other changes to the texts?

Also, I'm still curious about the Americana from Hillside.

It happens I also have the hardback Serl texts I think you are referring to and I agree that spiral Hillside is better.

Ah! I misunderstood! I didn't even know Hillside had perfect bound options now!!! Very intriguing!

You could write Margot directly. She's extremely helpful!!
