I am grieving this! I fell in love with Learning Language Arts Through Literature - but my children, especially the third grader - just don't like it. I decided we would push ahead through the whole semester to see if he would get used to it and stop fighting me, but he hasn't. I have to let go and I'm really sad. Thankfully it looks like CHC's Language of God would be a good back up and a format that would be easier for him to digest. Has anyone else made this switch? How has it worked?
