Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

What language arts do you all use with Five in a Row? Currently, I am using Five in a Row with my 8-1/2 year old (will be 9 this Spring) 3rd grader, and my K/1st grader who is just 6. I have Primary Language Lessons for the 3rd grader, and a phonics workbooks (MCP, which they both love) for each girl. I was going to use PLL only with the 3rd grader at this point. How does tht sound? I have the new, color version of PLL, btw.

Thanks in advance!

Oops, meant to add - I would probably be looking to use Intermediate Language Lessons next year with my older dd who will be in 4th. Do I need to add anything else, such as a more grammar focused approach like CHC's Language of God, for example?

Thanks again!

Hi Tea, I don't have an answer for you, I am using First Language Lessons. I just wanted to let you know your PM box is full!
