We've been watching this Bald Eagle nest cam. The eggs should be hatching any day now.
Iowa Bald Eagle Nest Cam
It's just so fascinating. My hardest thing is to tell the female and male apart, though. I know the male is smaller and the female's beak is a bit deeper...but I can't see it.

We are checking in as well. The kids love when the eagle moves around and works on the nest. This sparked a day of eagle crafts and eagle play. Thanks for the link!
We also browsed the other live feeds for an owl (Lucy) and a hummingbird nest.

This is so fun! The little ones should be here anytime now. There's a hole in one of the eggs now (a pip hole it's called) and boy, it sure is windy today.

More raptor nest cams. Some of the eagles have already hatched. Some friends watched them hatch today.
