Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Are you looking for a complete packaged program/textbook? Science for High School has a physical science book (I've not used it so I don't know much about it.)

Jackie,
I have Castle Heights Press' Physical Science text, Pathways in Science. The explanation in the book and on the CHP site says that the book could be used as a 9th grade lab science. I'm beefing up the book with some considerable reading of living books for each of the sections. I think the book will make a nice freshman level Physical Science for a high school student with the living book additions.

Home Science Tools offers a kit that coordinates with the CHP Physical Science book. The kit contains most of the items needed to complete the labs in the book.

The book and the labs would work great with two students working together. In fact, my 5th grader intends to tag along and participate in many/all of the labs. His science this year will mirror the physical science topics my 9th grader is working through, with more age appropriate reading.
