Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Anyone use this? It seems kind of dry and broad in range, but I am really looking for media-based materials and familiarity with the subject for my ds12. He is doing next to nothing now, so almost anything would be an improvement.

We used the workbook version of this a few years ago--not sure how it compares. It was a little too easy for my science guru, but if your son enjoys (or might enjoy) brainteasers, he might like it. (Again, have no idea how the software works.)

I am not familiar with this program, but I wanted to suggest another place to look for media-based materials. Homeschool Buyer's Co-op offers discounts to a wide range of programs, most of them media-based. Here is the link to their current Science offerings.

Blessings,
