Hello,
I'm looking for a couple of good magazines to subscribe to for my kiddos. My 13yo daughter is dyslexic and hard-headed , and she is only interested in magazines about animals. She has really liked Ranger Rick over the years, but I feel like she's outgrown it...can't find anything else really though. Anyone have any recommendations?

My kids are much younger than yours but we just started getting Zoobooks. They say the age is 6-12 so obviously we're a bit ahead of the game in our family. But it is pretty content-heavy with no ads. Only one animal is discussed each month and I think it is a four-year cycle through animals.

Thanks, they both look good...I think I will get a sample issue of Nature Friend and see what she thinks, and look for zoobooks at the library to try those out too.
