Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

I've had it on my wish list with rainbow resource for a long time and didn't order it because the younger kids are pretty good about keeping up their own nature notebooks, they have been busy with other science activities and this seems to have more of a coloring book approach that we usually avoid. Truthfully, I'm bored from 12 years of our own nature studies with Comstock and we've worked through several of the blog programs online too. I showed this item to our 8 yo and she was very excited. A pretty package with nice paper, copy work ideas, images.... all set out for her to do. Divided into seasons referencing material we probably already have. Maybe a nice change of pace for her and for me. Has anyone seen these? It says 6-10, but the writing seems a bit young.
Here's a quick image

and a link to the site

Hmmm, do I need another nature study product....no, but maybe the youngest does. Well, please let me know what you think.

I have not seen them, but they look intriguing - especially if one is looking for something already laid out and set for the student to do independently.

I still was wondering how much material (pages) this actually covers for the price. I guess it would be a good deal cost-wise since it does intent to cover a whole year.

Not sure on the writing level since there are so few examples from the student pages that have much writing. I think the range of 6-10 might cover a broad range of ability. An advance 9 or 10 maybe wouldn't be a good fit.

I'll be anxious to see if anyone has used it - though it looks pretty new so might not be much actual experience.

Mary, thanks for replying. I'm hoping someone who has seen them will post too. If not, I'll probably just order them and will send you a note.
