Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Hi all! I just wanted to share a photo of an amazing animal we spotted on our cross-continent trip.

We were very blessed to have spotted a rare Kermode or "Spirit Bear" while in BC, Canada.

Head on over to my blog here to read more and see more pics!

The whole thing, I think!LOL!
Lets see, we went in through Banff, to Jasper Park, along the Icefields parkway (WOW!!!) to Prince George, up 16 past Smithers, and exited around Fort Watson to the Yukon.
What a beautiful place!
We spotted the bear around Meziadin Lake.

The icefields parkway is amazing!!

My favourite place in BC bar none is the West Kootenay Valley. Tight tree covered mountains and lots of rivers and streams. Warm summer days and cool summer nights. Lots and lots of snow but never super cold (can you tell I am pining away here - that climate is so different from the hot and humid/ freezing cold climate we moved to!!).

Glad you made it to Alaska safely and hope you are settling in well Theresa!
