Oh, Dearest Mother, Sweetest Virgin of Altagracia, our Patroness. You are our Advocate and to you we recommend our needs. You are our Teacher and like disciples we come to learn from the example of your holy life. You are our Mother, and like children, we come to offer you all of the love of our hearts. Receive, dearest Mother, our offerings and listen attentively to our supplications. Amen.

Would anyone be interested in doing this? Maybe you aren't even familiar with it? Basically, one person organizes it and people collect one item on a nature walk such as nuts, leaves, shells, seeds, pine cones, etc. Leave a note with what state and what it is. Then everyone sends their nature stuff to the organizer along with shipping money and that person divides all of the nature items so that you end up with a box full of nature goodies from around the country for your nature table. I did this once a long time ago with a Waldorf e-group and it was so fun. It works best if at least 5 people do it. IF anyone is interested, speak up!

Well, we're not terribly Waldorf-y, but we are nature lovers! Count us in!

Sounds great! We have finally gotten our nature walks down to must-dos and we are really enjoying them, most especially bringing the bag of goodies home! Great idea!

Cool! No acorns here either, Mary, how about tiny coconuts? Sea Grape leaves are neat, dried they used to use them as playing cards! Seashells are a given...

You know.....I think we will do it, too. My little guy might get a kick out of it.

Robynn.........that rock crystal thing in your front yard is cool......and still graces our nature tray

Count us in, in Northern California........where we ALSO have acorns in our nature tray!

Sickness is running through my family right now so I haven't had time to organize this yet. Please forgive me for the delay. I will be getting back to it.
